KOZK TV 21 is a TV station in Springfield, Missouri, USA airing PBS network programs, local news and weather.

The station is an affiliate of the PBS Television Network.

KOZK TV 21, also known as Ozarks Public Television (OPT), is a public television station in Springfield broadcasting across the Ozarks of southwestern Missouri. It is a service of Ozarks Public Broadcasting, which also operates KSMU FM 91.1. Both are licensed to and operated by Missouri State University.

KOZK began broadcasting in January 1975 from a former Naval Reserve center located on the campus of Drury University. In 1990, the station moved to the new Shewmaker Communications Center on the Drury campus. In 2001, the board agreed to sell the station to Missouri State University (formerly Southwest Missouri State University), and later that year the station's headquarters moved to Strong Hall on the MSU campus.

This TV station is owned by Missouri State University.
