KMOT TV 10 in Minot, North Dakota is an affiliate of both the NBC and Fox television networks. It is the sister station of KFYR TV 5 in Bismarck, North Dakota.
The station began broadcasting on February 6, 1957. It was sold to the Meyer family of Bismarck, who sold off their broadcast holdings to Sunrise Television in 1997. In 2002, Sunrise sold its North Dakota stations to the Wicks Group of New York City. Hoak Media bought all of Wicks' television stations on November 17, 2006. In 2014, Gray Television bought most of the assets of Hoak Media.
