Revelstoke Times Review is a newspaper in Revelstoke, British Columbia, Canada covering local news, sports, business, politics and community events.
The Times Review traces its roots to the founding of the four-page Herald in the late 1890s. The Times Review was born in 2003 with the merger of the Revelstoke Review, founded in 1914, and the much younger Revelstoke Times. The newspaper covers Revelstoke -- named by the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) in appreciation of Lord Revelstoke, head of the UK investment bank that helped to save the CPR from bankruptcy in the summer of 1885 -- and the surrounding communities in southeastern British Columbia.
