20 Minutos is a free national newspaper in Spain that is distributed across the country and published in three editions -- Madrid, Cataluña (Catalonia, which includes Barcelona) and a national edition.
The newspaper was founded in 2000 by José Antonio Martínez Soler. In 2015, 20 Minutos was acquired by El Grupo Heraldo which in September 2016 changed its name to Grupo Henneo.
