Sabah ("Morning") is a daily newspaper in Turkey that is generally supportive of the policies of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Justice and Development Party (AKP). It is operated by Turkuvaz Media Group, a subsidiary of Turkish conglomerate Calik Holding. Calik Holding Chairman Ahmet Calik is a close associate of President Erdogan, The Economist magazine reported in 2008.
