Turkish Press is a website that claims it "by no means receives funding nor is it run by any government agency," although most if not all of its stories appear to be sourced from Anadolu Agency, the leading Turkish news agency. Anadolu is effectively the voice of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Justice and Development Party (AKP).
