KCBY TV 11 is a semi-satellite station of CBS affiliate KVAL TV 13 in Eugene, Oregon.
The station began broadcasting on October 1, 1960. Fisher Broadcasting purchased the stations from Retlaw Broadcasting in 1998. Retlaw, which spells "Walter" backwards, was a company owned by relatives of Walt Disney.
In 2013, Sinclair Broadcast Group acquired KCBY TV as part of its purchase of Fisher Broadcasting.
